The website www.talentflex.ca "Site" is operated by Talent Flex Consulting Group Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the company"). "You" refers to any user of the Site. By accessing the Company's Site, you are deemed to accept all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, you should change your browser settings accordingly, or do not access the Site. The Company reserves the right to change these Terms of Use, including modifying, adding and removing information, at its sole discretion at any time.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site is the exclusive property of the company. The company holds all intellectual property rights to the underlying HTML texts, multimedia elements (illustrations, graphics, photographs, images, videos) and any other elements found on the Site. The source code used to design the Site and any content that can be downloaded from it also belongs to the company.

3. AUTHORIZATION GRANTED TO USERS

Any reproduction, publication and any other form of communication relating to the exploitation of the content of the Site for commercial purposes is prohibited. You may not copy the content of the Site. However, the company grants you a limited license to display, share, print, download and use the content of the Site on your electronic device for non-commercial, personal and educational purposes only. However, you must agree not to modify the content, to declare the intellectual property of the company and not to use the content in any way other than those mentioned above.

The company accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss arising from the use of its Site.
