With a B.A. in Industrial Relations, Frederique is passionate about helping and supporting companies to manage their human resources practices in a way that fosters coaching, development and growth. She is motivated by satisfying the needs of managers and employees in achieving their objectives. Having worked in the world of human resources as an HR advisor for nearly 5 years, Frédérique now specializes as an HR generalist. Her experience has enabled her to develop a wide knowledge of the human resources functions.
