Andreane Gariepy, M.SC, Prosci®

Motivated by ambitious projects where creativity and teamwork go hand in hand, Andreane's main objective is to have a positive impact on the way people evolve at work. She has worked with a number of companies, large and small, on transformative projects, notably in the IT, telecommunications and banking sectors. 

Her major projects include strategic planning, major team restructuring and change management for future growth. She has also participated in the implementation of technological tools, coached managers in the evolution of their leadership roles, and designed and facilitated numerous workshops with corporate teams and executives.

Passionate about the human transformations that organizations are undergoing, she stands out by her creative spirit, her ability to organize and synthesize information, her passion for workshop facilitation and her desire to achieve concrete results as part of a team.

Andréane holds a Master's degree in Management Science, Human Resources profile. She is a certified CRHA, and has completed the Kaospilot masterclass on the creation and facilitation of learning spaces, as well as being trained in the use of Liberating Structure tools.
